Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Service Non-Performance: If a scheduled service was not performed due to our oversight.

• Overpayment: In cases where a client has been charged more than the agreed amount.

• Cancellation: If a client cancels a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

• Change of Mind: If the client decides not to proceed after the service has commenced.

• Aesthetic Preferences: Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after service completion.

• Third-Party Interference: Issues arising from work done by other contractors post our service.

• Delayed Complaints: Concerns raised more than 7 days after service completion.

Service Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you identify any issues related to our service within 7 days of completion:

• Rectification: We will address and rectify the issue at no additional cost.

• Assessment: Our team will assess the concern to determine the appropriate solution.
